Hi Jana! I tell ya it really feels like a small world when I see a picture of a place that's arounf 4 miles of me on Watery Wednesday!
I love Clear Creek park. In the late 70's a couple of my friends got married there. I also went to a girlfriends,memorial there just last year. It is such a very pretty spot. I just don't think I could ever live there tho' because of all the pines. All the homes are always in the shade, ya know?

Hi Jana - long time since I've been on here. I've been so busy all my blogging visits dwindled to practically zero over the summer. I see you haven't been blogging either. I hope all is well with you and your family. Are you going to any of the Lassen games? Maybe we can meet up for a hello.
I brought a friend from England to Clear Creek this July (and to Mt. Lassen and all over the area best I could in the heat wave) and she loved it. It sure reminded me not to take all our local beauty for granted. I have many shots of that same bridge but not from that angle.
