Deer hunting season has started in Lassen County. Idaho grocery (one of Susanville's oldest businesses) has a mobile service to dress out the deer. I have heard through the grapevine that it is a very good service. Thanks to my sister for taking the photo's while we were driving past!

Deer! Yummy. I haven't gotten mine yet this year, but I am hopeful. I will do the butchering myself though.
