Red Barn

This red barn sits just outside the Susanville City limits. There are a number of old barns just outside town. I love taking photos of old barns.
I had to take a few days off. Everyone here has been sick, not much fun.

Lovely! Red barns make great photos, and you did a splendid job. Makes me want to sneak a peek inside that window.

I too love old barns---well some new ones too. The older ones usually have great character. MB

The barn is beautifully captured, of course, but what really gets my attention is the mountain in the background. I love the blue haziness of all those trees.

I love old barns....as long as I don't have to go in them!

Fantastic shot! Love the old weathered barn. That flu bug seems to be going around. So much coughing and sneezing at work. I'm almost afraid to go to the office. hmmm, maybe I shouldn't....

Super photo, Jana! Nice composition.

Glad you are feeling better - this is my third week, I'm sick of being sick!

I hope your feeling better too Isabella. My kids have been really sick, ear infections, coughing, etc. I can't wait for the warm weather because we are rarely sick then.

Wow,this barn image is wonderful, rich and vibrant! Your "eye" for image settings is great, love the pics you take.

I have been searching for a few years for a barn image that speaks to me like this one does. I'm a fiber artist in NC. Is it possible to use this image (with all credit given to you of course) in my work? Please, please say yes!
